FIIT AND TRIM 4 WEEK CLASS:
4 weeks of Fitness and Food classes learning how to kick body FAT. You must first rid inflammation and find out how inflamed you really are with the Omega Inflammation Blood kit. Then get down to business with Fat-burning classes. Classes are on-line or on-site. Receive group coaching for classes and 30 minutes with a Health Coach to discuss blood test. Receive Meal Plans to follow and perform fitness classes. Monday-Friday Fitness sessions: 3 day weight training class, 1 day smart exercise class and 1 day cardio spurt class. Get the recording if you cannot attend LIVE class.
Class offered every other month: January, March, May, July, September, November.
