  • Get the right amount of sleep every night “about 7-8 hours of sleep every night”  It is needed to repair your body from all the hard work it did.
  • Take care of yourself so you can rebuild and repair your muscles when you rest.
  • Proteins keep the blood sugar stable while carbs lower it. 
  • For sleep, the more we get older, the less melatonin we have (for example, if your child is not sleeping, then you do not need to give them melatonin; instead, you try to calm them down, but when you’re an adult, you may need it more.
  • For muscles, collagen type 1 or 3 will help with tissue, strength, or skin repair
