  • Get the right amount of sleep every night “ about 7-8 hours of sleep every night”  It is needed to repair your body from all the hard work it did.
  • Take care of yourself so you can rebuild and repair your muscles when you rest.
  • Proteins keep the blood sugar stable while carbs lowers it. 
  • For sleep the more we get older the less melatonin we have (for example, if your child is not sleeping then you do not need to give them melatonin instead you try to calm them down, but when you’re an adult you may need it more.
  • For muscles, collagen type 1 or 3 will help with tissue, muscle, or skin repair
